Dr. Leite is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He is a graduate of the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed an internship at Community General Osteopathic Hospital and an internal medicine residency at the Medical Center of Delaware. In addition to a Gastroenterology Fellowship at The Graduate Hospital in Philadelphia, he has completed a special fellowship in Clinical Esophagology at the Graduate Hospital, Philadelphia. He has authored many papers. He is married to a pediatrician and has four children.  His areas of interest are esophageal disease, unexplained chest pain and refractory acid-peptic disorders.
